Are your products 100% authentic?
Yes — every product on Empress Origin is sourced directly from authorized distributors or imported via legitimate channels with full documentation. We've served 2,500+ orders monthly since 2018 by maintaining a zero-tolerance policy on counterfeits. If you ever receive a product you suspect isn't genuine, contact us within 7 days for a full refund — no questions asked.
How can I verify a product's authenticity myself?
Most Korean skincare brands have official batch-code verification tools on their websites. Check the batch code printed on the bottom or back of your product against the brand's official site (e.g., Cosrx, Anua, SKIN1004 all have batch checkers). Sealed packaging, original branding, manufacturer holograms, and proper Korean/English labeling are also strong authenticity signals. We're happy to verify with you over WhatsApp if you're unsure.
What if I received a product that looks different from the website photo?
Brands occasionally update their packaging (new bottle design, label refresh) without changing the formula. If you have any doubts, message us on WhatsApp with photos and we'll confirm whether it's a legitimate packaging update or something to investigate further.

Do you deliver across all of Bangladesh?
Yes — we deliver to all 64 districts in Bangladesh through our partners (Pathao Courier, Steadfast, and Sundarban). Hard-to-reach areas may take 1-2 extra days, but no district is excluded.
How long does delivery take?
Inside Dhaka: 1–3 business days after order confirmation.
Outside Dhaka: 2–4 business days depending on your district.

How do I track my order?
After dispatch, you'll receive an SMS and email with your tracking number. You can also track your order anytime at the Pathao tracking page, or simply WhatsApp your order number to 01618-889437 and we'll send you a live update.
Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?
Yes, if your order hasn't been dispatched yet. Message us on WhatsApp immediately with your order number and the new address. Once a courier picks up the package, address changes may not be possible.

What payment methods do you accept?
- Cash on Delivery (COD) — available across all 64 districts
- bKash — instant payment via send-money or merchant
- Nagad — instant payment via send-money or merchant
- PayPal — for international customers and overseas payments
- Bank transfer — for larger orders (we'll share account details)
How does Cash on Delivery work?
You order online with no upfront payment. When the courier delivers your package, you pay the full amount in cash. We recommend checking the package contents before paying so you're satisfied with what you've received.
How do I pay via bKash before delivery?
At checkout, select "bKash" as your payment method. You'll see our send-money number — send the order total via the bKash app, then enter the transaction ID. We confirm and dispatch within 2 hours during business hours. Alternatively, message us on WhatsApp and we'll guide you through it.

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery if:
- The product is unopened, unused, and in original sealed packaging
- The product is damaged, expired, or different from what you ordered
- The product is suspected to be inauthentic (we'll verify with the brand)
How do I request a return?
WhatsApp us at 01618-889437 within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photo of the product and any issue
- Reason for return
How long do refunds take?
Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition:
- bKash/Nagad/Rocket refunds: 1–3 business days
- Card refunds: 1–4 business days (bank processing)
- Store credit: Instant — you can use it immediately on your next order
Who pays return shipping?
- If the product is damaged, wrong, or inauthentic: We pay return shipping
- If you simply changed your mind: Return shipping is your responsibility

How do I know which product is right for my skin type?
WhatsApp us at 01618-889437 with your skin type (oily/dry/combination/sensitive), main concern (acne/dark spots/anti-aging/redness), and budget. Our team will recommend a personalized 3-step or 4-step routine within an hour. We've helped 2,500+ customers monthly find the right routine — free, no obligation.
Are your products suitable for sensitive skin?
We carry many brands specifically formulated for sensitive skin — Anua, SKIN1004, Beauty of Joseon, Purito, Cosrx have gentle, fragrance-free, low-irritant options. Browse our sensitive skin collection or message us for personalized picks.
How long do products stay fresh? What about expiry dates?
All our products arrive with at least 12–18 months of shelf life remaining, and most have 24+ months. The expiry date is printed on the packaging. Once opened, most Korean skincare products are best used within 6–12 months (look for the "6M" or "12M" symbol on the jar icon).
Do you sell sample sizes?
For select brands (Anua, Beauty of Joseon, SKIN1004), we offer travel and trial sizes. Check the product page or filter by size on category pages. If a sample isn't listed, message us — we sometimes have promotional samples we can include with your order.
👤 Account & Orders
Do I need to create an account to order?
No — you can checkout as a guest using just your name, phone, address, and email. But creating an account is recommended: you can track orders, save delivery addresses, view past purchases, build a wishlist, and earn loyalty points (coming soon).
How do I create an account?
Click the account icon in the top right of any page, then choose "Register." You'll need an email, phone number, and password. Account creation takes under 60 seconds. You can also create an account during checkout — just tick "Create an account" before placing your order.
I forgot my password. How do I reset it?
On the login page, click "Lost your password?" Enter your registered email, and we'll send you a password reset link within 2 minutes. If you don't receive the email, check your spam folder or WhatsApp us at 01618-889437 and we'll reset it manually.
Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?
Yes, as long as your order hasn't been dispatched. WhatsApp us at 01618-889437 with your order number as soon as possible. Once dispatched, modifications aren't possible — but you can request a return after delivery.
My order is delayed. What should I do?
First, check the tracking link in your confirmation email/SMS. If your order is delayed beyond the promised window or tracking shows no movement for 48+ hours, WhatsApp us with your order number — we'll investigate with the courier immediately and either expedite delivery or process a refund.
